I would definitely recommend this place. It was so easy checking in and out, great location and I loved the ability to ski in and out. It’s well taken care of and you could tell they did a great job cleaning as it smelled like fabuloso or one of those good smelling cleaning products. I would stay here again.

I’m still trying to figure out how we got such a great deal. For the price we paid, I was expecting less. This place was a three minute walk to the lift and the village shops. The apartment was beautiful. It was stocked with everything we needed.... plenty of wood for the fireplace, fans for white noise, extra blankets, washer/dryer, and all we needed in order to cook full meals. I tore my ACL the first day on the slopes and I was so grateful that I had such a great place to sit out the rest of our stay. We HIGHLY recommend this place for the location, cleanliness, and style. We’ll be back for sure! Thank you so much.

The check-in instructions were bang-on. No need to interact with groups of people, which is obviously important these days. Fans were provided, which proved very helpful during the hot summer days. I recommend.

Perfect location, to the ski lift, we did not ski in and out but would do that in the future. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean & very spacious. I hope to go back and stay there again in the future.

There is quite a bit to like about this condo. It is extremely comfortable condo with everything you need, check out the amenities. The building was clean and the residents were quiet. There were clear instructions for check-in and out as well as other necessary information. It is just over a five minute walk to the Beaver Creek Village. If you are looking for a easy to find location and good price, this is an great place to book. I would definitely come back on my next trip to Beaver Creek.

Lovely condo nestled in the pines with nearby creek. Great cross ventilation. Only suggestion is to replace the shades (two badly broken). Manager was great to work with! We hope to return and stay here again.

This unit had everything we needed. It was really easy to find. You don’t need a vehicle as you are close to the village and bus stops.

this was our second year to stay in Townsend Place. Our family of four adults stayed in a two bedroom/ two small baths last year and a 1 bedroom with large master bath and small 2nd bath this year. We enjoyed this year more as we felt it was roomier. We enjoy the ease of Ski In and Ski Out and the Lockers provided to store our skis and poles. We did not use the hot tub. We plan on coming back in the Summer.

Very quiet unit with a quick walk to the base of the ski area. Not ski-in, ski-out but the shuttle service was terrific. With abundant snow, this MAY become ski-in, ski-out but I imagine there is quite a bit of work involved. When we return to Beaver Creek, we'll stay here again. Would have rated this place 5 stars if it was truly ski-in, ski-out.
